The partnership between the Swanson and Donabauer families was borne out of a mutual love for spending quality family time on the water. We feel very blessed to call Minnesota our home and all it has to offer. Whether it’s catching pan-fish through the ice, waterskiing on our favorite lake, canoeing in the Boundary Waters or hiking new property, our families have always shared our passion for the outdoors with family and friends. We are now sharing this passion with you and your family and friends!

Our goal is to provide our customers with a hands on experience unique to the For Sale By Owner trend at a tremendous value.
